I am a fully qualified and REPS insured YMCA FIT Level 3 Personal Trainer. I started my journey in the fitness industry as a lifeguard when I was 18. I then went on to work as a trainer in commercial gyms before I set up my own business called Slim Gyms in 2014. Not only that, but I’ve been in the fitness industry for nearly 18 years now and still absolutely love it.

I specialise in strength and conditioning training. So whether you want to tone up, build muscle, sculpt your physique, lose weight, get your figure back after a baby or recover from or prevent injury, my dedicated training programs are tailored to your specific goals. It is my mission to provide you with the passion, enthusiasm and the knowledge that you require to gain full potential as a healthy and fit human being.

My deep passion about health and fitness drives me to the profession of a Personal Trainer. I believe it’s not too much to say that your whole life can benefit from Personal Training. It is a great feeling to share my in-depth knowledge and experience that I have gained over the past years and help my clients to obtain a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Training is only half the game – the other half takes place in the kitchen .

All the training in the world will come to nothing without the correct nutrition to back it up.

Muscles need calories to grow. They also need the right combination of carbohydrates for energy, protein for muscle repair and fats to protect joints and improve metabolism. Plus your diet needs to include a good range of vitamins and minerals as these will help protect your body from the ravages of intense training .

I offer all my clients the option to complete a 7 day food diary and from that information I can put together a food plan that works for you. This is to maximise you results and to increase your gains. Believe me your body will thank me for it !

Can I get diet advice from you?
Of course! As a trained and experienced personal fitness trainer I always believe that without proper diet your fitness training is incomplete. Having fitness training for two hours a day and then eating wrong foods will never give you the desired results. I give advice to my clients for healthy and natural eating habits that will help them to meet their fitness goals easily.
Where will the training take place?
I am very flexible in where we can carry out our training sessions. At present I work from any outside space in Brighton. We can train from the luxury of your own home online via zoom or at a luxury indoor facility in Southwick. The choice is yours!
How long have you been in this industry?
Though, I started Slim Gyms in 2014 , I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 18 years. First starting as a life guard at the Prince regent then moving on to working in commercial gyms including LA Fitness, Fitness First , Riptide , Alive and Underground Gym.
How long will the training continue?
It completely depends on your health, mental strength, fitness needs and fitness goals. As a fitness trainer I will suggest you a fitness goal based on your body weight and height as well as your health condition. I will also set the time which will be required to achieve that goal. Till then you need to follow the training and the diet.
How costly is the training?
We believe the personal fitness training that Slim Gym offers is competitively priced. It is tailor-made because we prepare the training schedule based on the needs of our individual clients.
